Experience rare herbs, edible flowers, microgreens and more inside our clean, year-round indoor Manhattan farm. A unique evening starts with an introduction to the science behind indoor farming, followed by an opportunity to taste dozens of unusual flavors, accompanied by complementary drinks.

The Farm.One team grows rare produce for the best chefs in New York, including a number of Michelin-starred restaurants. You will have the chance to taste the same produce - chemical-free, in-season, year-round.

Unique FarmS in Manhattan

Farm.One farms are unique, custom-designed, climate-controlled indoor growing spaces with multiple different kinds of hydroponic and lighting systems. Over 100 different crop varieties are grown at any one time, including rare and unusual herbs and greens, edible flowers, chilis and occasionally strawberries.

There are no other facilities like this in New York.

An intimate FOOD experience

  • A clear, fresh scent of herbs the moment you step inside.
  • Tour numbers are limited, so you will have a chance to taste almost everything inside the farm and ask detailed questions of our farm manager.

Is this tour accessible for those using a wheelchair?

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All attendees must bring photo ID to pass through building security.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. 
This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

What can I bring into the TOUR?

This is a functioning commercial farm, so no food or drink may be brought inside. Please ensure you wear clean clothes and shoes with no trace of soil or other potential contamination on them.

What's the refund policy?

Cancel more than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
